Make a Booking

 

To make a booking:

1.      Email:
Please send us an email to bookings@englishoak.co.nz (click here) with the following details:
Name
Contact details
Dates of accommodation required
Number of guests staying
Preferred rooms to stay in
We response to all emails as soon as possible and certainly within 24 hours.

2.     Telephone:
Please ring us on +64 3 5793493.  If the call goes to answer phone please feel free to leave a message detailing your name, contact number and dates of accommodation required: we will contact you as soon as possible.

3.     Mobile:
Please ring or text us on 021 266 3338 (only in New Zealand)


Deposit Policy:

            No booking will be guaranteed unless a deposit of NZ$20.00 per room per night is made at the time of booking. 
(Fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of arrival date)


Booking Payments:
Payments can be made either by:

1.      Direct credit

2.     Cash (New Zealand dollars only)

3.     New Zealand cheque (paid two weeks in advance of the arrival date).

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before arrival.

When confirmed bookings are canceled inside 48 hours prior to arrival date, a charge of one night’s accommodation will apply (less any deposit paid)

When guests fail to arrive, a charge of one night’s accommodation will apply.

All cancellation charges will be debited against the credit card number, supplied at the time of your booking.
